António Monteiro de Oliveira, researcher in the Centre for Intercultural Studies (CEI), ISCAP-P.PORTO, is part of the working group of the STARTUPS IN TIMES OF COVID-19: CHALLENGES AND CONNECTING IDEAS, that was awarded 1st place at the 9th ECOVINAR International Forum, which took place at the Federal University of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, between the 17th and the 19th of November 2020. The project is led by Carolina Martins-Rodrigues, the vice-president of EMPREEND and a member of ISCAP’s Advisory Board.
