On 27 and 28 May, Ana Margarida Silva, a researcher at CEI – Centre for Intercultural Studies and an FCT PhD scholar, took part in the Early Career Researcher Training School in Belgrade, Serbia. This event was organised by CA20105 – Slow Memory: Transformative Practices for Times of Uneven and Accelerating Change (SlowMemo) (https://www.slowmemory.eu/).
The Training School provided an intensive and collaborative experience for researchers and specialists in the field of cultural memory from all over the world. The programme included participation in various workshops and lectures, as well as fieldwork in the streets of Belgrade, enabling interaction with the concept of ‘slow memory’ in a practical way.
