CEI researchers Fátima Pacheco and José de Campos Amorim have published “Manual de Direito Internacional – Do Direito Clássico ao Contemporâneo” [Manual of International Law – From Classic to Contemporary Law], Almedina.
This publication – without straining itself on an indispensable approach to the Law of Treaties and its reflections on domestic law – explores the domains of contemporary international order, approaching the study of several subjects of International Law, passing by the Law of the Sea, the Humanitarian Law, International Human Rights Law, and and International Criminal Law, without forgeting a very brief presentation about the protection of the fundamental rights of European Union Law. Aware of the fundamentality of these subjects for the training of all jurists, this publication is – in essence – of a didactic nature, meaning it serves as a work instrument for all who dedicate themselves to the study of this area of Law.
