Has a European PhD in Economy and Company Management (specialization in company organization).

He holds the position of Associate Professor in the Scientific Filed of Management, at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto /ISCAP.

He is a researcher at the Centre for Intercultural Studies (CEI), the Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (CEOS.PP), and the Unit of Research Applied to Management (UNIAG).

Research subject areas: ENTREPRENEURSHIP, INNOVATION, and STRATEGY.
