Treatment of personal data
As the entity responsible for the management and development of this Website, the International Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources (CIIIRH) respects the legislation in force and best practices regarding information security and privacy.
Registration at CIIIRH involves voluntary registration of personal data and billing of users. In case of lack or insufficiency of these data, CIIIRH will not be able to accept the registration in question. In each case, CIIIRH will inform the users of the Site of the obligation to provide such data, through the completion instructions provided in each of the fields. CIIIRH assumes that said data is accurate and true and has been inserted by the respective owner.
The processing of any personal data of users is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and with the other existing legislation on the protection of personal data.
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, personal data means any information of any nature whatsoever and independently of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Any person who can be directly or indirectly identified, namely by reference to an identification number or one or more specific elements of his or her physical, psychological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity, shall be considered identifiable.
Purpose of data processing
The personal data registered by the users on this Site are processed by CIIIRH for the purposes of registering with CIIIRH.
Recipients of personal data
The personal data registered in this Site are transmitted to the Chairman of CIIIRH, for the purpose of validating the respective information and for verifying the regular registration of the users.
Period for the preservation of personal data
Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, the data entered in this Site shall be kept only for the minimum period necessary to carry out the purposes that led to its collection or subsequent processing.
Rights of holders of personal data
The holders of personal data registered on this Site shall, in legally permissible cases, have the right to request access to data relating to them, as well as their rectification or erasure and the limitation of treatment with respect to the owner of the data data and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to portability of data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD).
The data subject also has the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority and the right to bring a legal action against the supervisory authority or the controller or subcontractor in accordance with Articles 77, 78 and 79 Of the RGPD. Security measures
CIIIRH is committed to ensuring the security of personal data made available to it by implementing technical, organizational and security measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access or any other form of accidental or unlawful processing, in accordance with the current legislation on data protection. Without prejudice to the security measures adopted by CIIIRH, users of this Site should:
• Use an up-to-date computer and browser in terms of properly configured security patches with active firewall, anti-virus and antispyware;
• Make sure the authenticity of the websites you visit on the internet.
Changes
These Terms of Use may be amended by CIIIRH at any time, with immediate effect. These changes are duly advertised on this page or in another properly identified for this purpose. CIIIRH reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to users to change totally or partially the present Site and any of its subdomains or contents or to modify its structure.
