This research aims to contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between Job Satis- faction and Burnout levels in Temporary and Permanent Workers in the Automotive Industry. The data was collected by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 172 semi-specialized operators. The results point to a relationship between the contractual relationship and Job Satisfaction, as well as with Burnout. Workers with permanent contracts had lower job satisfaction and higher levels of burnout than temporary workers. As for the correlation with sociodemographic data, Satisfaction showed a negative correlation with the age and marital status, a positive correlation with education, the fact that the worker had children and nationality. There was no correlation with gender. Burnout was positively correlated with age and marital status, negatively correlated with nationality, and showed no correlation with gender, education level or having children. Finally, there was a negative correlation between Job Satisfaction and Burnout.
