Abstract

Law nº 9/2022, of January 11th, established measures to support and streamline company restructuring processes and payment agreements, transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1023, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 20, 2019, and amended the Insolvency and Company Recovery Code, the Commercial Companies Code, the Commercial Registry Code and related legislation. In this text we analyze some of the alterations introduced under the Special Revitalization Process (PER).
