Moreover, ISCAP is equipped with modern and technologically advanced Multimedia and Marketing Centres and has been working on PAOL – Online Support Project - since 2003. PAOL is a b-learning platform based on Moodle and created in ISCAP with the aim of helping students and lecturers develop alternative means of communication and disseminate tasks and resources within the teaching/learning process.
Over the years, ISCAP international experience has been increasing steadily. The Institute has developed a broad network of partnerships, both in Europe, in Brazil and in the USA and is a partner of several international networks, such as AFECA, SPACE, EdiNeb.
Furthermore, ISCP has for many years been the manager of the SOCRATES/Life Long Learning Programme, e.g. of various ERASMUS, MINERVA, LEONARDO and GRUNDTVIG projects.
The number of outgoing and incoming students (both Erasmus and free-movers) has increased significantly over the past years. Consequently, at its International Weeks ISCAP welcomes many visiting lecturers and partner institutions’ representatives, which has contributed to the “Internationalisation at Home” process and to the establishment of enduring academic and scientific bonds amongst lecturers and researchers.
At ISCAP both the academic and personal needs of international students and lecturers are catered for very seriously, and we continually strive to provide a dynamic and stimulating teaching and learning environment.
