The Romanian team participating at the 2018 Intensive Programme in Lorient was awarded by the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) the second prize at the 2018 Excellence Prize Gala for the UTCB Students held on 18 April 2018. The award acknowledged the team’s results in the extra-curricular activities, namely the first place among the teams taking part in the 2018 Intensive Programme. Du 23 janvier au 4 février, 5 étudiants de l’Université Bretagne Sud sont à Ventspils, en Lettonie. Accompagnés par trois enseignantes, ils ont rejoint leurs homologues roumains, lettons, tchèques, espagnols, portugais, slovaques, pour 15 jours sur « les systèmes juridiques et le droit des sociétés dans l’Union européenne : traduire et interpréter dans la diversité ».
Les étudiants sélectionnés sont tous en dernière année de licence. Dans le cas de l’Université Bretagne Sud, le programme a été ouvert aux départements Langues étrangères appliquées et à la faculté de Droit. Aurélien Carré, de licence 3 Langues étrangères appliquées, parcours Commerce international, participe ainsi à la rencontre avec Caroline Kernen, Nicolas Michaud, Maureen Bernery et Agathe Le Rohellec de la faculté de Droit. Ils sont accompagnés par Laurence Feuillard, Mariannick Guennec et Hania Renaudie.
Initié en 2009 à l’Université Bretagne Sud, le programme change de pays d’accueil chaque année. Après Lorient (France), Magdeburg (Allemagne), Vigo (Espagne), Bucarest (Roumanie), České Budějovice (République tchèque), Porto (Portugal) en 2014, České Budějovice de nouveau en 2016, il se déroule cette année à Ventspils et se déroulera en 2018 à l’Université Bretagne Sud.
Le programme permet d’aborder, par des conférences, des tables rondes, des visites, des exercices pratiques, ce qui touche le droit des sociétés, l’environnement des entreprises, le droit du travail, le détachement des salariés en Europe, le droit des contrats.
Les connaissances acquises sont utilisées pour l’élaboration de glossaires, des exercices de traduction, en 8 langues dont l’anglais, un jeu de rôle simulant une négociation commerciale, la rédaction d’articles.
Les entreprises européennes ont été largement sollicitées pour l’élaboration des programmes et les différentes présentations. Les résultats du programme seront mis à leur disposition via un site internet en cours de finalisation et qui est hébergé au Portugal, http://www.lstiproject.eu.
Le partenariat stratégique a reçu le prix Good Practices Internationalisation and Mobility de l’ISCAP en 2016.

The European project "Legal Systems and Business Law in the EU : Translating and Interpreting in Diversity" was awarded with the prize Good Practices Internationalization and Mobility (3rd Edition), by the Polytechnic of Porto.
The Strategic Partnership that brings together teachers and students of translation and law, won the 3rd edition of the IPP Internationalization and Mobility Best Practices award, delivered on the 19th Of December of 2016, by Prof. Carlos Ramos to ISCAP professors, Professor Manuel Silva and Professor Suzana Cunha (on behalf of the project team).

Last November, in Montevideo, Uruguay, Deolinda Meira, of the Portuguese team, attended the 1st International Forum on Co-operative Law, organise by the Co-operative Law Committee (CLC) of the International Co-operative Alliance, in collaboration with the CLC of Cooperatives of the Americas. Deolinda Meira presented a paper on « The trend lines of co-operative share capital regime in the new Portuguese Co-operative Code». She also chaired the session on «Co-operative law and economics. Horizontal and vertical integration».

Last May, in Trieste, Italy, Suzana Noronha Cunha e Manuel Silva, of the Portuguese team, attended the TransInt 2016 TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING CONVERGENCE, CONTACT, INTERACTION , an international conference on translation and interpreting and presented a paper on the modes through which the Erasmus+ strategic partnership LSTI - Legal Systems and Business Law in the EU: Translating and Interpreting in Diversity puts in practice an innovative formula of multinational, multidisciplinary and cross-cultural training, resolutely oriented to student development and acquisition of transverse, language and entrepreneurial skills to boost employability, disseminate partner HEIs and stimulate the flow and exchange of knowledge between higher education and enterprises.
