Editorial

The third edition of the Research Notebooks of the Master's in Electronic Business (MNE) reflects the ongoing maturation of this study cycle as a hub for academic and scientific reflection. This volume comprises 21 articles by young researchers who, under the guidance of academic mentors, delve into the most pertinent phenomena shaping the current landscape of electronic business.

Following editions marked by the pandemic's impact and the emergence of topics such as artificial intelligence and social media e-commerce, this new volume broadens its perspective on the digital realm, focusing on consumer behaviours, user experience, and the values guiding commercial practices.

Noteworthy are studies on Generation Z, examining their trust patterns, preferences, and online shopping habits. Analyses of UX, personalised shopping experiences, and the influence of online reviews underscore a clear concern with optimising the consumer journey.Linguee

The technological component is represented through works on generative artificial intelligence, blockchain, augmented reality, and robotics in logistics, highlighting the growing integration of these tools into digital operations. Simultaneously, the research addresses the role of social media and digital marketing, including advertising on social platforms, the phenomenon of impulse buying, and the impact of social commerce.

Themes such as sustainability communication, ethics in digital commerce, and the challenges of digital transformation within organisations bring concerns about responsibility, transparency, and adaptability in the context of electronic business.

This volume thus mirrors current, diversified research deeply rooted in the sector's reality, reflecting the mission of the MNE and CEOS.PP to foster useful, critical, and innovative knowledge.

We aspire to continue serving as a platform for sharing and scientific growth, inspiring future research and best practices.

We wish you good reading!
